STEP  1  

We conduct a brief, no-cost on-site walk-thru at your business location with your maintenance representative to inspect your systems and begin to assess your energy improvement needs.


STEP  2

After completing a brief questionnaire and obtaining one monthly electric bill, we will create a complete, complimentary (a $5,000-$10,000 value)  energy audit  and plan specifically tailored to your organization, detailing and prioritizing the specific updates which will generate maximum savings.

   

  STEP  3 

The offer and terms of your contract from our funding partner, along with your utility company incentive, will be valid for 30 days. You may contract for the lighting improvement during this window of time or, at the expiration of the 30 days, will be subject to a new energy audit and terms, which may be less 

favorable, due to conditions beyond our control.


STEP  4

At the conclusion of the physical work, your business will 

enter into an energy subscription or lease with Cap4Energy's fund partner. During the lease term, you’ll realize immediate improvement and efficiencies, long-term savings, increased cash flow, and environmentally healthy energy systems.
