STEP 1     We conduct a brief, no-cost, on-site walk-thru with your maintenance representative to inspect your systems and begin to assess your energy improvement needs.


STEP 2     After completing a brief questionnaire and providing us one monthly electric bill, we will create a complete, complimentary ($5,000-$10,000 value) energy audit and plan specifically tailored to your needs, detailing and prioritizing the specific updates which will generate maximum savings.


STEP 3     Subsequent to the actual updates, your business will enter into an energy subscription or lease with our fund partner, enjoying immediate energy improvement and efficiencies, long-term savings, increased cash flow, not to mention environmentally healthy energy systems.
